Woody’s Hideaway is Texas’ premier gaming bar and sports destination. A place built around golf simulators, billiards, live events, and a full bar and kitchen experience. Part of the same family as Eddie’s Tavern and Little Woodrows, Woody’s needed a digital presence that matched the energy and ambition of the brand. Their previous online presence did not communicate the full scope of what Woody’s offers or make it easy for guests to book simulators, explore events, or find everything the venue has to offer. Our goal was to design a custom WordPress website that captures the atmosphere of Woody’s and gives guests a clear, engaging way to discover and plan their visit.

Building a Site as Bold as the Experience

Woody’s Hideaway is not a standard bar website. With golf simulators, multiple event formats, gift cards, and a full food and drink program, the site needed to handle real complexity without feeling complicated to the visitor. Our strategy centered on surfacing the most important guest actions like booking a simulator, browsing events, and exploring the menu — as directly as possible while letting the brand’s personality come through in every detail.

We built on WordPress with a fully custom theme, giving the Woody’s team complete control over content without developer involvement. The design is bold and immersive, built to communicate the energy of the venue before a guest ever walks through the door. Mobile-first from the start, the site performs across every device and browser which is important for an audience that is often on their phone making same-night decisions.

A Custom Digital Platform Built for What Woody’s Actually Does

The Woody’s Hideaway website launched as a fully custom digital platform — not a template, not a page builder, but a purpose-built site that reflects the brand and handles the real-world complexity of what the venue offers. Golf simulator booking, event listings, gift cards, location information, and a full menu all live in a clean, fast, engaging experience that makes it easy for guests to show up ready for a great time. The site sets a new standard for what a gaming bar and sports destination can look like online.
