Imagination Homes wanted to elevate the in-person sales center experience with a digital solution that makes exploring communities, floorplans, and available homes both seamless and engaging. We designed a custom interactive kiosk application that transforms a standard TV into a powerful sales tool. Built to showcase neighborhoods, compare floorplans, and highlight available inventory, the kiosk gives prospective buyers an intuitive way to explore options during their visit.

Our goal was to create a modern, user-friendly interface that feels as polished as the brand itself—while streamlining the buying journey inside the sales center. The result is a large-format, interactive experience that blends innovation with practicality, helping homebuyers visualize their future while supporting sales teams with an elevated, consistent tool.

Building an Interactive Path to Homebuying

For the kiosk experience, our strategy centered on creating an interactive tool that enhances the in-person homebuying journey. Unlike a website, the kiosk needed to engage visitors on a large format display within a sales center, balancing visual impact with intuitive navigation. We focused on designing a system that highlights communities, available inventory, and floorplans in a way that feels both immersive and easy to use. The goal was to empower prospective buyers to explore on their own while giving sales teams a consistent, polished platform to guide conversations and demonstrate value.
